The same people who argue that 231 years ago the Founding Fathers intended for every American to own high-capacity semi-automatic machine guns with laser-guided sights are now arguing that 54 years ago Congress did not intend for anti-sex discrimination laws to protect LGBTQ Americans. Let that sink in.

States Ask Supreme Court to Limit LGBT Protection

A group of 16 states urged the U.S. Supreme Court Aug. 23 to rule that companies can fire workers based on their sexual orientation and gender identity without violating federal workplace discrimination law.
