NYT: Woman who signed letter supporting Kavanaugh calls yearbook revelation ‘hurtful’

Trump’s Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh and his high school buddies all coordinated a slut-shaming campaign in their senior yearbook where they claimed they were all “alumni” of the same local high school girl. Other classmates remember very well what that term meant to Kavanaugh and his friends. Kavanaugh went on Fox News today to claim he was a virgin through college.

“I don’t know what ‘Renate Alumnus’ actually means. I can’t begin to comprehend what goes through the minds of 17-year-old boys who write such things, but the insinuation is horrible, hurtful and simply untrue. I pray their daughters are never treated this way,” Renate Schroeder Dolphin says in a statement, according to a New York Times report.
